I just racked and degassed my R.J. Spagnol’s Cabernet Malbec Carmenere kit. I was *very* pleased with the initial taste. Considering that it has just finished its primary fermentation - wow! I’ve already fallen in love with Chilean Carmenere and Argentinian Malbec wines, and lately Cab Sauv’s have been getting my attention, so when I saw this kit sitting on a pallet in George’s store I just grabbed it. I can’t wait for this to have a bit of age on it. Delish!
